$50,000 in Exclusive Cash and Main Event Freerolls in May from PokerListings.com and PokerStars

CuraƧao, Netherlands Antilles (PRWEB) April 8, 2008 -- Already one of the highest-value packages online, the exclusive monthly freeroll series for PokerListings.com players (http://www.pokerlistings.com/poker-stars) at PokerStars (http://www.pokerstars.com/sites/poker-listings/?source=pllplink001) expands even further in May with another $50,000 in private freerolls.

On the agenda: daily $500 cash freerolls for the entire month of May plus three more $11.500 prize packages for the 2008 World Series of Poker* Main Event.

"PokerStars sets the bar so high as far as poker sites go," says Jan Lindhout, press secretary for PokerListings.com, "that if we're going to put a package together for our players, it has to be first-rate.

"And this definitely qualifies. Small fields, consistently high per-player value, plenty of chances to get paid out? we think it's got a lot to offer - not the least of which is a chance to square off with the game's legends in the world's biggest poker event."

All freerolls are exclusive to PokerListings players (signed up at PokerStars from a PL link) who earn between 50 and 500 FPPs at PokerStars in April, 2008.

Just 50 FPPs in April is all players need to qualify for all 31 cash freerolls, to be held every day in May and totaling a massive $15,500 in cash payouts.

On even days (May 2, May 4, etc) the freeroll will be held at 3 p.m. (EST). On odd days (May 1, May 3, etc) the freeroll will be held at 8 p.m. (EST). Qualifiers can play in as many or as few as they choose.

Three exclusive 2008 WSOP* Main Event freerolls are also scheduled in May, with a three-tiered qualifying system. Earn 100 FPPs at PokerStars in April and be eligible to play in the first freeroll.

Earn 250 FPPs in April and be eligible to play in the first two freerolls, and earn 500 FPPs in April and be eligible to play in all three. Dates are May 10, 17 and 24, respectively.

All three winners walk away with an $11,500 package, including the $10k buy-in plus travel expenses, for the 2008 WSOP* Main Event.

Players yet to sign up at Poker Stars are also of course eligible for a world-best sign-up bonus through a PokerListings link - an exclusive $50 flat bonus on top of the standard $50 match bonus. The first $25 is released at 100 FPPs and the second $25 is released at 500 FPPs.

"The world's biggest bonus, perpetual high-value freerolls and a world-class poker room," adds Lindhout. "It's an unbeatable combination, and we pride ourselves on continually raising the bar for our players wherever they choose to play."

"We hope as many as possible can take advantage of our exclusive events, and we'll see three more of you in Vegas for what we expect to be another epic World Series!" says Lindhout.
